Ingredients

Scale
  • 8-10 pound ham spiraled
  • 1 can (20 ounce) crushed pineapple
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon all spice

Instructions

  1. Spray an 8-quart slow cooker lightly with cooking spray.
  2. Pat the ham dry using paper towels, and place it in the slow cooker.
  3. Pour half of the crushed pineapple with juice over the ham. Set aside the remaining pineapple for later.
  4. In a bowl, combine brown sugar, maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, and allspice. Pour this mixture over the ham and ensure it goes between the slices.
  5. Cook on low for 3-4 hours or on high for 1-2 hours.
  6. Occasionally lift the lid and baste the ham with the juices to keep it moist.
  7. Garnish with the reserved pineapple and serve.

Notes

You can adjust the level of sweetness by varying the amount of brown sugar.
For added flavor, consider using a bone-in ham.
Make sure to baste the ham regularly for the best results.
