Instructions
- Place diced potatoes, diced onion, minced garlic, cooked bacon, ham, carrot, celery, dried parsley, and chicken broth in the slow cooker.
- Season the mixture with salt and pepper, then stir well.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
