  • 1 cup celery cubed
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Place diced potatoes, diced onion, minced garlic, cooked bacon, ham, carrot, celery, dried parsley, and chicken broth in the slow cooker.
  2. Season the mixture with salt and pepper, then stir well.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
