Ingredients

  • 1 (750 ml) bottle Prosecco, Champagne, or sparkling wine
  • 3 cups orange juice, freshly-squeezed is best


Instructions

  1. Gather champagne glasses and set them out.
  2. Fill each glass halfway with Prosecco.
  3. Using an electric citrus squeezer, extract juice from about a dozen oranges and add to the flutes until nearly full.
  4. Garnish with an orange wedge and enjoy your refreshing drink!

Notes

For a sweeter taste, use a sweeter sparkling wine.
Adjust the ratio of orange juice to sparkling wine according to your preference.
