  • 1 pound raw, peeled and de-veined, large shrimp, if frozen, thaw
  • 2 tablespoons homemade italian seasoning mix (or 2/3 of an italian seasoning packet)
  • 4 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 sliced lemon
  • fresh parsley, optional, for garnish


Instructions

  1. In a 9×13-inch baking pan or dish, combine the large shrimp, melted butter, Italian seasoning mix, and sliced lemon.
  2. Bake in a preheated oven at 350ºF until the shrimp are pink and opaque, approximately 9-13 minutes.
  3. Once cooked, sprinkle fresh parsley over the shrimp and serve warm, drizzling the sauce from the pan on top.
  4. Pair the shrimp with pasta or rice, accompanied by crusty bread for a complete meal.
