- 2 tablespoons homemade italian seasoning mix (or 2/3 of an italian seasoning packet)
- 4 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 sliced lemon
- fresh parsley, optional, for garnish
Instructions
- In a 9×13-inch baking pan or dish, combine the large shrimp, melted butter, Italian seasoning mix, and sliced lemon.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350ºF until the shrimp are pink and opaque, approximately 9-13 minutes.
- Once cooked, sprinkle fresh parsley over the shrimp and serve warm, drizzling the sauce from the pan on top.
- Pair the shrimp with pasta or rice, accompanied by crusty bread for a complete meal.
Notes
For added flavor, consider using fresh herbs instead of dried.
Accompany with a side salad for a balanced meal.
