Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) with a cast-iron skillet inside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs with an electric mixer until frothy for about 1 minute.
  3. Add in the milk, flour, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until the batter is smooth.
  4. Once the oven is ready, remove the skillet and add the butter to melt, coating the pan.
  5. Pour the batter into the hot skillet immediately.
  6. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until the pancake puffs up and turns golden brown.
