Ingredients

  • 8 chicken tenders
  • 2 teaspoons grated garlic
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped dill leaves
  • 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon crushed pepper
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • ¼ cup greek yogurt, whisked
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup panko bread crumbs
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese
  • ½ tablespoon black sesame seeds
  • ½ tablespoon white sesame seeds
  • 2 tablespoons groundnut oil, or any neutral cooking oil
  • ¼ cup greek yogurt, whisked
  • ½ teaspoon grated garlic
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped dill leaves
  • 2 teaspoons finely chopped mint leaves
  • ⅛ teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • ¼ cup milk


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine chicken strips with marinade ingredients and mix well. Set aside for 3-4 hours.
  2. Whisk all dill dip ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate until needed.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 200°C.
  4. In a plate or bowl, mix bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, and sesame seeds. Lightly spray with oil.
  5. Coat each marinated chicken strip with the bread crumb mixture, ensuring even coverage on both sides.
  6. Arrange the chicken strips in the air fryer, leaving space between each for uniform cooking, and spray oil over them.
  7. Air fry at 200°C for 4 minutes, flip the chicken, spray oil again, and air fry for an additional 3-4 minutes until golden and crisp.
  8. Serve the chicken tenders with the dill dip.

Notes

For best results, marinate the chicken for more than 4 hours if time allows.
You can adjust the seasoning according to your taste preference.
Serve with your favorite dipping sauces for added flavor.
