- 8 chicken tenders
- 2 teaspoons grated garlic
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped dill leaves
- 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon crushed pepper
- 1 teaspoon honey
- ¼ cup greek yogurt, whisked
- 1 egg
- ½ cup panko bread crumbs
- ¼ cup parmesan cheese
- ½ tablespoon black sesame seeds
- ½ tablespoon white sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoons groundnut oil, or any neutral cooking oil
- ¼ cup greek yogurt, whisked
- ½ teaspoon grated garlic
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped dill leaves
- 2 teaspoons finely chopped mint leaves
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- Juice of ½ lemon
- ¼ cup milk
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine chicken strips with marinade ingredients and mix well. Set aside for 3-4 hours.
- Whisk all dill dip ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate until needed.
- Preheat the air fryer to 200°C.
- In a plate or bowl, mix bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, and sesame seeds. Lightly spray with oil.
- Coat each marinated chicken strip with the bread crumb mixture, ensuring even coverage on both sides.
- Arrange the chicken strips in the air fryer, leaving space between each for uniform cooking, and spray oil over them.
- Air fry at 200°C for 4 minutes, flip the chicken, spray oil again, and air fry for an additional 3-4 minutes until golden and crisp.
- Serve the chicken tenders with the dill dip.
Notes
For best results, marinate the chicken for more than 4 hours if time allows.
You can adjust the seasoning according to your taste preference.
Serve with your favorite dipping sauces for added flavor.
